IMMIGRATION
We are experts in immigration detention. We service all areas of immigration law including study permits, work permits, visitor visas, labour market impact assessments, and applications for permanent residence.
CIVIL LITIGATION
We take on a select number of personal injury cases. Importantly our civil litigation experience has provided us with the resources to pursue claims for damages arising from Charter violations including unlawful detention at the Ontario Superior Court.
