what we do
We specialize in the following practices:
We specialize in all aspects of refugee law litigation; from appearances before the Refugee Board to appeals before the Refugee Appeal Division and judicial reviews in Federal Court.
With a strong belief in the right to be free of discrimination we provide consultation for human rights complaints as well representation in front of the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
We are experts in immigration detention. We service all areas of immigration law including study permits, work permits, visitor visas, labour market impact assessments, and applications for permanent residence.
We take on a select number of personal injury cases. Importantly our civil litigation experience has provided us with the resources to pursue claims for damages arising from Charter violations including unlawful detention at the Ontario Superior Court.
